RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final once shipped unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
In the event of a confirmed defect:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photo evidence and original packaging
- At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or credit
Returns for allergic reactions, buyer’s remorse, or opened/used products are not accepted.
