Return and Refund Policy


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final once shipped unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

In the event of a confirmed defect:

 

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
     
  • Provide photo evidence and original packaging
     
  • At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or credit
     

 

Returns for allergic reactions, buyer’s remorse, or opened/used products are not accepted.

 

Terms of return ( Used Products -  Not returnable unless defective,  Unopened/Unused Products -  Refund within 14–30 days,  Allergic Reactions -  not refundable,  Shipping Costs -  non-refundable,  Return Shipping - Not refundable unless the product is defective,  Defective/Damaged Items -  Full refund or replacement offered,  Proof Required -  Order number, photos of product, packaging, and issue )
